Hello,

Tim joined the company in 2004 as the fourth generation of Wyka family roofers. He earned a BA degree in management from the University of Hartford and after graduating joined his father Stan to continue the legacy of quality and professionalism at Mile Square Roofing. Tim gained experience with the company as the first dedicated service manager;  implementing new software and procedures to modernize the department. In 2013, he made the jump to Vice President of Operations where he began to work in estimation and project management roles. In June of 2022, Tim became the President of Mile Square Roofing taking over day to day operations, strategic planning and business development.  It is Tim’s goal to maintain the quality workmanship and professional reputation that Mile Square has developed with its customers, vendors and employees over the past 40 years as well as grow and develop the business for years to come.
