TIMOTHY WYKA
President

Tim joined Mile Square Roofing in 2004 as the fourth generation of Wyka family roofers. He earned a BA in Management from the University of Hartford, and upon graduation, he partnered with his father, Stan, to uphold the company’s legacy of quality and professionalism. Tim initially gained valuable experience as the company’s first dedicated service manager, where he introduced new software and procedures to modernize the department. In 2013, he transitioned to Vice President of Operations, taking on roles in estimation and project management. In June 2022, Tim was appointed President of Mile Square Roofing, overseeing day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and business development. His goal is to preserve the high standards of workmanship and the professional reputation Mile Square has built over the past 40 years, while also expanding and evolving the business for future growth.
