Safety Coordinator

Sara became part of our team in 2016 as a bilingual Business Administrator. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration and Management degree from Montclair State University in 2021. Initially, Sara worked as the administrative assistant to the Service Manager. In 2020, she was promoted to Safety Coordinator. Sara has completed numerous safety and health certifications, including OSHA 10-hr, OSHA 30-hr, and OSHA 510 for the Construction Industry, along with Fall Protection 16-hr training. In her current role, she oversees all aspects of our health and safety functions, including conducting site inspections, performing hazard analysis, maintaining records, providing training, investigating incidents, and creating safety plans to ensure a safe working environment and compliance with state, federal, and company regulations.
