Sara joined our team in 2016. She is a bilingual Business Administrator who graduated from Montclair State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration and Management degree in 2021. Sara started in our service department as the administrative assistant to the Service Manager. In 2020, Sara was promoted to Safety Coordinator. She has completed safety and health training such as OSHA 10-hr, OSHA 30-hr and OSHA 510 for the Construction Industry, Fall Protection 16-hr training, and other certifications. She oversees all aspects of our health and safety functions; site inspections and hazard analysis, recordkeeping, training, incident investigations, and safety plans designed to ensure a safe working environment and compliance with all regulatory, state, federal and company policies.
