History

Kaitlyn joined our team in 2014 and holds a B.S. in Mathematical Sciences from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. She initially started as the administrative assistant to the Service Department before transitioning to the role of accounts receivable clerk in 2016. During this time, Kaitlyn gained valuable experience in labor and material costing for repair and maintenance projects. Her work in the Service Department laid a strong foundation for her professional growth, opening the door to new opportunities within the company. In May 2020, she was promoted to project estimation and project management. Since then, Kaitlyn has successfully managed multiple roofing projects from start to finish, making her an invaluable asset to our team.
