Larry has over 16 years of experience in the commercial roofing industry. He began his career as a helper on a small crew, working on repair projects, minor roof replacements, and leak investigations. Over time, he advanced to a lead technician role, and after several years of hands-on experience, he was promoted to service manager, where he oversaw multiple crews and managed all service-related operations. During this time, Larry was also involved in office management and field management of production crews and projects.
Believing strongly in dedication and commitment, Larry is focused on delivering exceptional customer service through quick response times, clear communication, and educating property owners and managers. He is deeply committed to the team, always striving to meet both companywide and individual goals. Throughout his career, Larry has completed numerous industry courses, including OSHA 30-Hour Outreach, manufacturer-specific training, high reach forklift and manlift training, fall rescue, first aid & CPR, and more. His broad experience across various aspects of the commercial roofing industry continues to inform his work on a daily basis.
